Laila’s Story

 

Laila has been involved in several of Girls Inc. PNW’s programs. She grew up attending Girls Groups, then joined our Leadership Council, participated in Produced By HER and finally Eureka! Watch Laila’s interview to learn more about how she developed confidence at Girls Inc. PNW and began pursuing the traditionally male-dominated STEM classes at her school.

Having volunteers, having the organization itself, telling us “Go out there and do those hard things. You are bold and strong and smart enough to do all those things, so do it! Don’t hold yourself back.”
